Food trucks are where you will find the local Tahitians eating out. That statement there says a lot. The kicker with Roulotte Anita is they have their own boats, so if you want fresh fish cooked over coals, simple but tasty and at a price you can afford on any budget, track down this food truck. You will find it on Route de Ceinture in Puna’auia two doors down from Le Captain Bligh Restaurant.
